So lovely to finally have this last great Erasure album on vinyl. The pressing is very detailed and does justice to the rich, intricate production. This record was always a bit of a wall of sound but the vinyl master copes admirably and possibly even introduces a bit more space. The artwork looks good at full size too - thankfully the blue border shown on pre-order websites isn't on the finished release meaning it's an exact replica of the beautiful original sleeve design. When Erasure began reissuing their albums on vinyl I didn't dare hope for this, but here it is - a masterpiece that transports me back to a freezing, turbulent January at school, finally heard the way it ought to be.
