My copy is low on surface noise, but something feels lacking sound-wise. It's a little muddy and sometimes the higher frequencies are drowned out by the bass, especially noticeable on Eric B is On the Cut, where the vocal sample seems to be hiding in the mix. I have to compare to CD version. I can't entirely put my finger on it, but something sounds off about this release.

Ordered from the thevinylfactory.com for only about $25 last year, they may still have some copies. Arrived with the hype sticker torn and some of the shrink missing, but otherwise mint. As a collector I was disappointed not only in that but their customer service couldn't have cared less when I told them about it.
Either way, great pressing at a good price. Don't overpay.

Great sounding cut, over 2 180g LPs but IMO, a bit of an opportunity missed. If you are going to spread a 40 min album over two LPs, cut it at 45!
