This is a spoof to both the national festivities in the Netherlands ("Queen's Day") and the Eurovision Song Contest.
"Oranje Boven" means "orange up!" (orange is the Netherlands' national colour). At the end of the track, you hear a spoof to the jury announcement of the Eurovision Song Contest; it shouldn't be a surprise that Rotterdam receives the most points (albeit only 10, not 12...) and Amsterdam no points at all...

"Noiken In Die Koiken" has to do with sex in the kitchen, "Houw Je Bek" means "shut your mouth" and "Hoi" is the Dutch equivalent for "hello" or "hi".

The German mixes are exclusive to the vinyl release and are not featured on the CD maxi.
