Evil Nine have done a nice production with their first album. Despite of being from 2004, there is definitely a 90s vibe into it. I have discovered these guys in the first "Community Service" mix of The Crystal Method thanks to the song "Cake Hole". In the case of "You Can Be Special Too", like the American duo, breakbeat is the main style used in this gem, however there are another musical universes such as hip-hop in "Crooked" & "Pearl Shot", scratches in "Snack Bar Lounge" and trip-hop in "You Are Not Through". Therefore the diversity is here.
As far as I am concerned, my top 3 is composed of "We Have The Energy", "Snack Bar Lounge" and "Restless".
Released the same year as "Legion Of Boom", stronger but harder than YCBST, the latter is an absolute must have. This is that good.

wicked release from the marine parade boyz. infusing breaks, electro, rock and roll, hip hop, and more, pat and tom are bringin' it proper. personal favorites include 'devil stuff,' 'we have the energy,' 'pearl shot,' and 'hired goons.'
