I remember hearing this at Rave in my hometown of Stalybridge. Sounded pretty ace on the big sound rig.

They don't come any bigger than this track huge huge tune.
Both mixes are good but it's the Sasha mix that's the stand out mix.
Really use to get the hands in the air and the place rockin - awesome tune.
Essential in any listening / in the collection for any old school fan.

Well, it seems like almost everyone has a "place" to connect this record to, and I'm no exception.

But not one of the legendary events or venues which everyone knows and talks about ad nauseam, but it was around the time of this record's release, upstairs at the Victoria Theatre Halifax of all places!!

This one was the last record of the night, and you should have seen the (admittedly quite small) room - I don't think there was a single person in the house who didn't have their arms up in the air and singing along! One of those moments which stays with you forever.

At the end, someone gave me a flyer for a party which took place the following week, above some offices nearby (unlikely to have been legal, as I don't think anywhere round there had an all-night licence), but that event was also memorable, if only for the fact that one of the bassier "bleep" tunes of the time actually blew one of their amps at about 3am :D
Killed the atmosphere for a bit, but such is life!

Though I was never really a fan of Sasha's trancier productions or DJ sets, someone with such talent will always have something which appeals to everyone. In my case, it's this tune.

Yep, Sasha's first ever remix. Anybody remember when the Pet Shop Boys hosted the Simon Bates show for a week. Part of the show was a 30 minute 'DJ Mix' which was unheard of at the time for daytime radio. Sasha was one of the guests and he played this. It was like our world had crashed into daytime radio one.

Impressed with a young Sasha, Evolution invited him into the studio for his very first remix gig, with engineering assistance from Mark Stag.'Came Outta Nowhere'was orginally put out on promo entitled Sasha's sweet mix, although it was actually pressed up as Sasha's take me higher mix,due to its large uplifting breakdown.
