Mid tempo house. It's U (Sample Mix) just cries out to lead into Colonel Abrams Trapped which sounds like the main influence for the drum and bass line programming. Hardcore in the day, but now a reflection of how novel hitting the cue button on a sampler was back then.

I would recommend this fanatstic release to anyone that's into the early D.J International sound. If you don't own this already then track it down. Very much in the same vein as Farley Jackmaster Funk's and Darryl Pandy's 'Love Cant Turn Around'. This track didn't achieve the same status as I believe it could and should have done (in the UK anyway). Ricky Dillard's voice is sensational and compliments the melodies perfectly and possibly never sounded better. A piece of Chicago House history.

Amazing Ep. "It's You" is the kind of house track u can enjoy at home & also on the dancefloor. This underrated Farley's classic is so powerfull that each time u play it in DJ gig, everybody come & shout their pleasure on the dancefloor.Vocals are very strong. Also, those typical mid' 80's strings (a bit like farley's other classic "Jack'n The House" or "Farley Knows House" "Give Yourself To me")coupled with its killer bassline brings you one of the best example of the Chicago Jackin'House era.
