This release was overtly glossy, the antithesis to it's predecessor. The replay value is decidedly degenerated from having to endure "What's Luv" and "We Thuggin" not once, but twice! Still, "J.O.S.E. has it's moments in the comedy of "He's Not Real", the autobiographical reach for relatability within "Still Real" and the overall brash thuggery over the soul sample (better used by Raekwon on OB4CL II) on "Fight Club". Ludacris steals the spotlight of best verse on "J.O.S.E." with his appearance on "Get The Hell On ...", and that's a shame when the album is filled with bars from a legend who can still flip an infamous Biggie record on "Murder Rap", yet still sounds more comfortable spitting lines from the block than in a benz.
