Felt's greatest moment, by far. Courtesy of Elizabeth and Robin from the Cocteau Twins. A superb track

Cathedral is an alternate version, not the same track from Crumbling.

'Primitive Painters' is far from the best Felt song by a country mile, but it seems to get too much attention solely for Elizabeth Fraizer's appearance. Some Felt fans will know the real treat is the re-recording of 'Cathedral' on the flip - a genius early song originally on 'Crumbling The Antiseptic Beauty' that is transcendental and hypnotic in any iteration.

i have this on a french echantillon promo with unreleased sleeve art. the sleeve i have is based on the artwork for 'ignite the seven cannons', with lyrics to primitive painters on the back. the reason it wasnt used is prob down to the fact that marco thomas's name is missing from the artist credits.
