This was the group's only real brush with mainstream success, which is a shame because they had pop chops and were as good as the Shamen, who were also on One Little Indian. Unfortunately 'Groovy Treat', as was the fashion, is padded out with remixes and b-sides; the first track, 'Forevergreen' sounds very dated but is still excellent, and '101' and 'Mellowman' and pleasant enough, the rest of the album is just filler. 'Sheigra' was much better.
