Beats are ok, bit repetitive and loopy, with some additional chopped break layers on top that are right on the line between charmingly loose and plain old out-of-time. Main problem here is that, in lieu of a good central melody or swiped hook sample, you have some "original" vocals which are of pretty poor quality (plus some synth flourishes that don't really match them). Sort of sounds like one of those jungle cash-in remixes you hear on eurodance releases of the time where someone just looped up some breaks (often culled from existing jungle tracks) behind a full eurodance or eurohousel acapella and called it a day.

No offense to Flex as he's an absolute don of a producer and made countles great tunes (one of my favorites behind the controls of that period) but, if he did this tune, it's got to be one of his all weakest releases of the time. Ah well, they can't all be killers!
