Sounds a lot like early Lush (Dream Pop), but is unfortunately not well-produced. Some of the songs are very, very good (Gala, Dragonflies, Pantheon, to name just a few), but even these suffer from less than ideal production, unnecessary voice effects (which I am always opposed to) and the use of drum machines. Some of the songs aren't quite as good, especially the overly experimental Ermeonville didn't turn out well. I very much care about the ending and although "Hypnorotic Lull" would be a very good closing song, the song suddenly stops at about 12 minutes, leaving the listener quite unsatisfied. It is a little disappointing if you consider how good this album could have been, considering the excellent songwriting and the wonderful delay that is used. The way it turned out, it is still a solid album that can be recommended to fans of the genre.
