Fantastic Old School Anthem - "Out There", Chilled out break-beats - haunting vocal, rich synth pads, and that rumbling buzzing almost acid bassline, take your pick of the Techno, Raw or Garage mix they are all good just dial up key elements in different ways, creating a slightly different vibe.
Huge tune back in its day - have a listen and you will see why !

As featured in an old episode of Inspector Morse (on UK TV featuring John Thaw)...the episode was all about a girl getting mixed up in the rave culture and this track played out through the rave scenes in a huge old house and I think towards the credits at the end.

It took me a while to track it down to this release though.
