Liner Notes:
Funeral Jack‘s live album "200 Years Alive" was recorded by Michael Stern on 27th of June in 2015. The concert was part of the 200 years anniversary of the "Brunnentheater" in Bad Helmstedt, Lower Saxony GER. The recordings were edited and mastered by Miguel Diva at Mountain Loft Studios in May 2016. Unfortunately some glitches happened while recording but nevertheless we wanted to release these raw tunes of Blues, Rock‘n‘Roll, Folk and a touch of Psychedelic. All songs were written by Pat Rainey except track 3, 6 and 8. "Stop Breakin‘ Down" was written by Robert Johnson, published in 1937 under Vocalion Records. "Everlong" was written by the Foo Fighters, published in 1997 under Roswell / Capitol Records. "Fearless" was written by Pink Floyd, published in 1971 under Harvest / EMI / Capitol Records . Funeral Jack does not own any rights of these songs, nor they want to violate rules or harm the original artists, but to show appreciation for what increadible work they have done. Funeral Jack likes to thank the City of Helmstedt for the opportunity to play in this wonderful house filled with history, Burkard Raetz for all his support and Sandra Lechner for the beautifully captured photographs. "200 Years Alive" is published under nonplastic records.
