when i got this a year and a half ago i was pleased w/ what i got, IF THIS WAS EVER SIGNED I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT old friend had a copy of the 1988 expose yourself ep signed, i had no interest, i have had a copy of that since i bought it back in 1988 and would have bought his to have a double on that ep but since it was signed, screw it............

I find it funny that some sellers over-hype the fact that GG signed the cover of the copy they are offering. News flash: he signed something like 90% of them. Serious collectors have always considered it more valuable when NOT signed. I will give credit to that one copy recently sold signed by the whole band -- that is actually unusual. Maybe not worth $1,000+ premium over what these usually go for, but it is what it is...

well it took me over 30 freakin years but i finally got a copy of this gem here on discogs last week, my copy is the original orange records copy that has been rare as hell since the mid 1980s, i remember seeing it a number of times for 100 bucks etc in certain shops in greenwich village back in 1986/87/88 but i never saw a mint one, in those days for me to drop that kind of money on an lp the sleeve and record would have to be 100% mint. then i just stopped seeing this record, i got the original hand drawn EMF lp gg put out in 1984 and that was back in 1990, now 27 years on i finally upped that one as THIS IS PROBABLY the rarest gg lp to get hold of as there where unofficial copies made and boots of this that came out through out the 80s, it is not easy to nail the original one from 1980 but after many decades i finally did, the lp itself is very thin, the sleeve is made of very sturdy cardboard, i can see why not many of these original pressings survived past 1985, anyway this was the last gg piece i needed even though i still say the expose yourself ep from 1988 was the best thing the nut job ever did, i saw gg and hung out with him a few months after that 45 came out, i saw him in november 1988 at a dive on first ave on the lower east side and hung out w/ him, i was shocked at how normal he was in person BUT i think i got lucky and cought him on a good night when he was not all out crazy as he was pretty actually totally waysted, the show was ok, he made it to the third song DFAF and passed out, we had to carry him out at that point, anyway what a night to remember!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cant belive hes been gone 24 years already..........................anyway i always loved this record, my first copy of this was the one black and blue records put out in 1988, gg bitched a lot that night to us how peter never paid him a cent for those reissues.........
