Gatefold sleeve with original cover, printed inner sleeve with lyrics and "A Message from Arunachala". Actual recording dates were between August 31 and September 11, 1974 by Wally Heider, Recording. Additional recording was done at Wall Heider's Studios ! & 4 in Hollywood in April 1975. This is also where strings and other additional instrumentation occurred. Nick DeCaro did the arrangements for the strings and conducted their playing. Frank DeCaro was the contractor for the additional strings. Harry Bluestone was the contractor for the additional strings. Milt Holland provided percussion and vibes for the Hollywood additions. Nick DeCaro provided accordion for the Hollywood additions. Gabby Pahinui is listed for "Hawaiian Percussion," but it is uncertain if this was part of the original recording or part of the Hollywood additions. Tony Irvine is listed as the Location Production Assistant. Alex Baird Associates receives the credit for Graphic Design. Lettering credit goes to Nelson Lindsay. The 16-track mixdown occurred in April 1975 at Haider's Studio 1. This album was mastered at Capitol Records, Inc, located at Hollywood and Vine.
