I don't know where vlad_constu is coming from with his comment on this... I have the chiwax reissue and it sounds fine to me. Yes the sleeve is cheap and the label looks pretty janky but the music itself on the actual vinyl is fine, shouldn't that be all that matters? To paraphrase Omar S you can't see cover art on the dancefloor. The Shadowland chiwax reissue is terrible sound quality but this one sounds ok. It's definitely a vinyl rip but it's done well here. I have A/B'ed it with my original and there's no discernable difference, some of you people must have golden ears. Keep buying those gold plated cables then. Chiwax has become somewhat of a villain for keyboard warriors on discogs why? I don't know but at least with Gari Romalis and Paul Johnson for instance they are definitely paying artists, not bootlegs as those guys are promoting their Chiwax records on their personal facebook pages. Besides, a lot of these deals with house records were done with "in perpetuity" licensing meaning the artist gets an advance then it belongs to the publishing company. So all the bootleg police who don't even know how record deals work should maybe start complaining about whether the publishing company is getting paid, and at that point why do you even care? Don't believe everything you read in release comments here. This record sounds pretty good

2 real bangers on this one : 'Swimmin With Sharks' is a nasty vocal affair -Green Velvet stylee (altough a little bouncier/mellower), and 'We Are The Future' is that kind of deep and dramatic electronic-house piece that i would describe as a 7AM masterpiece. The kind that brings tears on the darkest dancefloor if properly used.
