Can someone tell me why does it say (CONTINUED) at the end of the SUPPER'S READY lyrics? Inquiring mind needs to know!

There is a version of this album with the textured sleeve (A-1U Porky & B-1U Pecko matrices) but no red text on the spine. The cover picture continues across the spine (as per the red text version) effectively forming a complete picture when opened out. This version appears to be rarer than that with the text on the spine and I am not sure whether this version is the true first press. B & C have confirmed that the first release did not include the red inner, perhaps it did not include the red text ?

I have a double A-sided copy of Foxtrot in a single sleeve. How do I deal with this rarity?
