Side a: single version of CC, missing the intro ("There's lamb's wool under my naked feet..."). So the opening is just like the "Seconds Out"-version
Side b: The Waiting Room/ Evil Jam is complete different from the album version. I must admit, I prefer it a bit, it sounds more scary and the rhythm-part has a bit more power.
