If you're expecting the Ginger Baker of Cream, then this is not that. It's very much world music-jazz fusion. (Look at the instrumentation.) I found it very interesting, and an enjoyable listen, enough so that I can well imagine tossing it on again. It's thoughtful and thought-provoking. If there's anything I could compare it to, it would be some of Zakir Hussain's albums, like Trilok Gurtu - "Usfret", but not as Indian. More African. My favorite tune may be B2, which is pure percussion.

(FYI, three stars for me is B+.)
