If you're going to re-release a readily available soundtrack in 2015, at least do something different. Press it heavier and pad it with extras. You can find the original in the dollar bin. And it's a pithy 35 minutes. Just ain't gonna cut it in modern times. Spread it out over two discs and dig up bonus cuts. The movie itself has a lot more of Moroder and Faltermeyer's incidental music. The majority of it is beyond righteous, and has never been released. Get it out there. The robotic and sinister variation of "Chase" in the movie KILLS, and there is also more of those seizure-inducing modular electronic disco-drones (a la Side B tracks "Cacaphoney" and "The Wheel"). A re-release could also include the 13-minute extended version of "Chase" from its 12" single ... because, why the hell not? That longer version is incredible!

I'm just sayin.
