On "Remember the good times" the sound quality is as such because that's how they wanted it to sound, the scratchiness is there on purpose, during the sample. I wouldn't say the record has dreadful sound quality it's just that folks don't get he used the scratched sample on purpose, it lends to the "old school" sound of the track. Genius track, if you don't get up for this one, you're probably dead.

firmly convinced that awe babe is one of the best house music tracks ever made, if not the best

Owned a few of these over the years
all suffered from terrible sound quality on the pressing. Real shame.

This appears to have been test pressing only and is fairly rare...released by a sublabel of Clubhouse Records. My copy is a dreadful quality pressing...but the quality of music is awesome, "Awe Baby" was one of Glenn's best early tracks along the lines of "Party Time" while "Jaz-Co-Temp" and "Weapons of Peace" are incredibly beautiful, chilled out jazzy house instrumentals perfect for the 4 A.M. crowd. This record is definitely deserving of high the ratings and an absolute must for any GU completist.
