This collection of material was actually written over a number of years while Graham was in Pop Will Eat Itself, but it is obviously too chilled out for the Poppies. It was only when he made an excellent ambient remix on the 'Get the Girl, Kill the Baddies' single called 'Part Man, Part Machine' that promted him too release the rest of his ambient work. Graham left PWEI a year after this release to continue work on with his solo project, though no further material was released.

This is an excellent listen and an ambient masterpiece (much better than your usual ambient crap) which has been largely overlooked, much underated and is fairly difficult to find now. Find it if you can!

I've heard that this release is the reason that PWEI broke up. Graham Crabb left the group to do this solo project because he couldn't do both at the same time, chosing his solo project over the group. The rest of the group just called it quits after that (so I've heard). While it is a great release, and if PWEI never broke up we would never have had Bentley Rhythm Ace, I always wonder what would have been...
