what could have been a good dvd is completely destroyed by whoever was in charge of the mixing , the amount of reverb and other nasties like the drum sounds on display here are not good .

I was at this gig. A little worse for wear, needless to say the Dynamite section left a seriously horrible impression on me. Watching it free of substances 25 years later, it's still terrifying. OK, so the video is a bit on the cheapside, which is fine, adds to the atmosphere. But who in their right mind covered the first 20 minutes in awful computerised swirly psychedelic patterns?? It’s just awful and really spoils the enjoyment of the show. I mean, i get it, they’re a psychedelic band, but we’re not always out of it and some of us would just like a memory of the gig rather than something to “Freak out” to. Cheap. Anyway, they only last for a little while and then they’re a little more sparse, but it’ll knock a star of the review for it. Shame, I know they were on the old VHS version and this is just a port of that. It hasn’t been cleaned up or re-edited at all.
