I hate to sound like a Hoffmanite but I was curious...
I took one song from each of the included albums and did a null-test against the 2002 Warner CDs. While they sync, they do not cancel when volume-matched. The Warners are louder and (in my experience) a little fatiguing. We can rule out BGO cloning the Warners because the Warners have some hard peaking going on. While this new BGO mastering has some "healthy" peaks, nothing ugly. There is enough "breathing room".
I'll chalk the syncing up to the original master being digital. I guess that would make sense.

If you've been on the hunt for the Warners CDs, forget it. Save your money unless you're one of those obsessive collector types. I'm going to say that this is the definitive digital release of these albums.

Now if someone (BGO?) would make Old Dan's Records once again available to the masses, that would be great.
