A beautiful cover but the quality of this pressing is atrocious, like sandpaper!?!

On a side note I had the pleasure of enjoying Graeme Miller performing this live earlier this year as well as a short question and answer session with Andy Votel afterwards. It is interesting to note that the original German production of this (with animation produced in Poland) had an old time jazz score which the BBC felt detracted from the original and hired these two young unknowns to rescore it. Miller and Shill's background was as avant-garde theatre producers in Leeds who had worked with local bands such as The Mekons and Gang Of Four. Steve Shill is now a big time TV producer in Hollywood which is probably why he was not involved in a live performance in a tiny theatre in Sheffield.
