The "Masters of Chant" are celebrating their absolute best moments this fall: on the "The Platinum Collection" appearing in three formats, GREGORIAN are presenting their greatest hits of the last 18 years.
As if Neil Diamond, David Bowie, U2 or Sting had composed their biggest hits behind convent walls in England - that was the key idea GREGORIAN had already started at the turn of the millennium: Launched in 1999, their albums were packed with countless timeless cover hits since then more than 10 million times. Now, the "Masters of Chant" present the greatest moments of 18 years: "The Platinum Collection" will be released on November 3 as a double CD, DVD and 3DVD on TELAMO.
Pop, classical and medieval flow away in their rousing recordings, which are equally sacral and sublime, pompous and poppy come along: on the double CD, which contains a total of 30 titles, are only the largest rock and pop hits of the last decades here - presented of course in a monk's robe.
