_Floatation_ might be one of the great chill-out songs -- it's certainly one of the earliest. Here, Andrew Weatherall gets his hands on it. The "7 Inch Version" doesn't stray too much from the original, and the "Subsonic Grid Mix" adds a few spoken-word samples that extend. But the "Sonic Swing Mix" takes out the beats for the first third, and the track becomes a flute-driven journey with a funky lounge interlude halfway through and a guitar riff near the end. Blissful.
