I too am happy with this pressing for the most part and love this record. Cleaned with Audio Desk System Pro yet still some pops, like on the start of Tidal Wave. But great record.

Great record, only thing that irks me is I got the pressing with a black and white cover. Really love the warm, fuzzy colours used in the above picture.

Lots of pops. Noisy press, really detracts from the quiet parts. Bummer.

This pressing is fantastic! Really rich and warm, as well as having almost no surface noise. Unless you can get your hands on one of the limited edition copies, this record is a must-have for Grouper fans or anyone interested in a beautiful blend of folk, drone, and ambient.

I have the repress from Kranky, 2013 - and my copy also plays, and sounds fantastic.

Been dying for the reissue for ages, and am really happy it finally happened. A little bummed at the quality of the pressing though.

My entrance into the wonderful world of Liz Harris' art and one of the best albums I've heard for my entire life.
