The German popmetal band Guano Apes broke in 1999 by Open Your Eyes with the hit single from their debut album Proud Like A God. Of the same album was also Lord Of The Boards a solid hit. The ' difficult ' second album, Don't Give Me Names always solved then effortlessly in all expectations and contained two songs that the wonderfully top places in the charts removed (No Speech and Big In Japan). The explanation for this success lies first of all in the (despite the solid version) extremely poppy songs. Also the ' in-your-face look of front woman and administer Sandra Nasic, the band has certainly done well. Whether this new album Walking The Thin Line also the success was going to be, was quickly after the release it by our neighbours answered: the album debuted at number 1 in the album charts. As a band gets something for each other, it makes little sense not to whine about lack of variety or innovation. Guano Apes is also with this record of success assured.
