The initial pressing came with an oval sticker.
The original sticker from 1987 is the oval one only.
Copies with the square "The Dead Pool" hype sticker have been issued a year later (1988) because "The Dead Pool" is a 1988 American action film (in which the song "Welcome to the Jungle" was used).

Some copies have a promotional gold print on the bottom left of front jacket reading "Lent For Promotional Use Only Any Sale or Unauthorized Transfer is Prohibited and Void Subject to Return Upon Demand by Owner Acceptance of This Record Constitutes Agreement to the Above" (see detailed pic).
Some copies with this promotional gold print on jacket have vinyl that are translucent, if looked in backlight with a heavy light on back.

I treasure my Japan EP more than my original uncencored cover AFD. It is far rarer than AFD. I will not buy the new remaster, this album had a complete analog chain and should have been done correctly, as a AAA release. Some albums I can live with a digital remaster, AFD is not one of them.

From the Belgian magazine: Télémoustique.

Brownstone".
Oui, ça s'appelle du rock and roll.

Thirty years later, this record is - rightly - re-released with a plethora of bonuses. From a first acoustic sketch of "Novemeber Rain" to a cover of AC / DC through serious jams or live tracks, this Deluxe version reminding all that is missing today in the charts: Thirty years later, this disc is - rightly - reissued with a plethora of bonuses. So many sealed copies for sale...Almost makes you wonder if they aren't....official...

June 27, 2018
I received my copy of the "Locked & Loaded" version today. Thing is bigger than I imagined. Box said 50 pounds... If there was a lock to the actual item, it could be used as a safe... Anyway.

The AIF files from the USB stick are well mastered, probably taken from the CDs. The vinyls will probably be a bit better, but they didn't squash the sound like many remasters do.

Hopefully, the remastering for the eventual "Use Your Illusion" set will be properly done like the job here.

I picked this up, the banned cover still in shrink (not sealed) with promo sticker for $20 at my local shop. 😊

Found this version at the local thrift shop for five dollars. Jacket is a bit banged up and a stupid homemade price tag on the back, but still. Keep the digging alive friends!

Does anyone else have the original translucent black vinyl promo pressing?

June 13, 2017
I have a copy with the uncensored cover with XXXG 24148 on the spine that also has the sticker on the shrink wrap that reads:

'Includes The Hit Single "SWEET CHILD O' MINE"
As Featured In THE DEAD POOL

Contains Language Which May Be
Unsuitable for Some Listeners

GHS/XXXG 24148'

The shrink is original and unopened, so I can't say what is on the record label. I know this to be original because I bought it new back in the day. The Dead Pool hype sticker is only noted to have been on the cross covers, but at least a few of the uncensored covers got it as well.

Is there a submission for the Concerto 60th anniversary pressing on red vinyl?

June 3, 2016
I have a copy with the exact same Matrix numbers, warning sticker and also came with a cross tattoo sticker. BUT: It has the Cross Cover. Haven't found that version here on Discogs, any ideas?
