You'd almost be forgiven for thinking that this was an oldie remade, as this original number has in fact been knocking around since March and the WMC in Miami. Then championed by Rampling, Morales and Morillo, this new label off-shoot from Subliminal's Harry Romero pairs the Choo-Choo man with co-producer Alex Alicea, and vocalist Lola Robinson. The bed is pure Subliminal-meets-Roule filter trax mashing up a wickedly hip disco loop in the equaliser with tons of flange and reverb thrown in for good measure - and you know how like a good bit of flange! The new vocal version is nice, but for me it's still the instrumental Original Demo Mix that gets my beat-box bangin'. Incidentally on the run out there's also a continuous looped jack trax to provide endless more hours of fun!
