This album doesn't get much mention these days in retrospect of the whole 90s electronic boom. However it epitomizes 90s trancey electronica for me. Beautiful vintage 90s synth sounds and immersive soundscapes which i can come back to over and over. Personally i enjoyed all tracks, including anacostia bay which drags me in with its entrancing, repetitive pulse.

"The Philadelphia Experiment" is for me, the best track in this album by quite a big margin: Gorgeous. melancholic ambient trance that hasn't gotten old despite many listens. Most of the other tracks in this album are good except "Anacostia Bay" and "Brain Dead" "Anacostia Bay" drags for 10+ mins which makes it the weakest track in this album. "Brain Dead" is a generic ambient passage that cannot be considered as a track. "The Philadelphia Experiment" makes this album highly recommended for anyone looking for beautiful music.
