Great Italo disco influenced ep from the year 2000 , with a dope Legowelt Orgue Electronique remix to boot! Metal Disco's robot vocoder chorus stays in your mind and you ll find yourself start to sing along when you play the record.

This is the first vinyl release by the band. The songs were written in the late 90's before the 80's revival fad. Both members of the band have been collecting 80's Italo Disco and New Wave long before it became trendy! They have also been collecting and making their own analogue synthesizers and decided to create an EP which was influenced by their favourite sounds. The version of Discotto Plastique that appears on the record is in English, however the vocals are by a singer from Easter europe. There is a Japanese version of the same song that the band has recorded later on another label. Both members of the band live and work in NYC. This album was released in Germany/Munich. The band wanted to release their first abum in Munich as a symbolic tribute to the space disco sound (also known in Continental Erope as Munich sound), since the genre was not widely known at the time in USA at the time.

Both the Legowelt remix and the original "Metal Disco" (1st on B side) are brilliant. Japanese Electro pop at it's best and one of my favourite records. Excellent picture disk too.

this is the craziest piece of colored vinyl i own. this record is screaming new wave revivalism. but its fun. i forget which track, the second track on a or b?! anyways, i like how it sounds at -8. it works in some weird way. if it was only produced a tad faster, it would be perfect. anyways, another one of those rediculous 80's throwback records. fun for now, i guess!

Awesome picture disc.

The Legowelt Mix is a massive anthem along the lines of his best work.
