Are people really trying to get 200 to 250 for this thing because of YouTube, recent samples, or what? Shot up 300% for no real reason. I've gotten two excellent copies of this for 60 and 70 very recently.

Fantastic UK Jazz with progressive leanings (Vertigo records). Most own it for the sampleable Roots however it is a strong LP throughout.

March 7, 2021It's a record pressed 50 years ago and you can't believe that those who have kept it in good condition all these years, would sell it for a handful of dollars.
The speculation on music is a pretty crazy thing and it is like our time ... a big mess.
When I see the price of some recent records selling for more money than a record from 50 years ago, it leaves me quite puzzled.
For example, I would take Mondo's releases and video game musics. When I see the soundtracks of the game "The Outer Wilds" released about 6 months ago selling for around 500 euros, it leaves me speechless. In addition and if you listen to the disc offered for listening on youtube, the quality of the pressing is of poor quality. It's pretty crazy!
No ... for me the price of this record is high, but it is justified.
