This album is outstanding....original & spinetingling stuff.I have a cd copy which sounds great .Such a shame the vinyl pressing is awful, suprising for an XL release.

Imho this is a great album but as stated here, the quality of the vinyl is a disgrace. I guess the very soft sound and terrible pressing together results in an unplayable record. The mp3 download at least allows me to listen on my mp3 player but thats not the reason I payed 20 euros for the album! Although lots of vinyl pressings these days are not that good as they used to be, this is by far my worst vinyl experience ever!

Painfully dull. After about half-way through, you'll say, "OK, I get it. Where are we going to?" Women with pretty voices singing, dull as watching paint dry. pranzo_oltranzista's remarks are valid. Early Tricky is a better route if you're into this sort of thing.

Oddly enough, the two Japanese bonus tracks are more interesting than the whole of the album-proper.

Sort of relaxed, like Björk was to have tea with Lana Del Rey somewhere in (not too remote an area in) Africa, but one cup (two, tops) would be more than enough for me, this gets pretty boring pretty fast. Want something more challenging, better and... better? Try Tricky in his heydays, especially 'Angels with dirty faces'.
