How many Strength And Anger tracks are there actually?

I have the Wolfsgray edition and the Season Of Mist edition and they are different (besides the omission of the ambient tracks from the former). On the Wolfsgray edition there are 17 tracks, which includes Interchange, therefore totaling 16 Strength And Anger tracks, i.e. Strength And Anger I-XVI.

The Season of Mist edition on the other hand has only Strength And Anger I-XV besides Interchange and the Hate Meditations: this is because tracks 8 and 9 of the Wolfsgray edition are merged into one track on the Season Of Mist edition. This seems odd because there is a clear pause between the tracks and they are seemingly separate compositions.

Prior to owning the actual CDs I had a download of the album and that particular mp3 rip also had tracks 8 and 9 merged. A vinyl rip, perhaps? Track 9 is very short and could have been merged with track 8 accidentally. (This also raises the question: did Season Of Mist produce the reprint from downloads?)

According to Discogs data, tracks 8 and 9 are separate only on the Wolfsgray edition, is this correct? Can anyone with the original Norse League edition shed any light on this?
