My copy has a major volume drop on track A5 (The Duellists) that is pretty annoying. Has anyone else noticed that? I had original European pressing back in a day, but I can't recall if it had same kind of volume drop as well. Otherwise very nice sound and quality of the vinyl is very high.

I owned this reissue and now also the original. Original is a little ahead soundwise. Artwork-quality is ok, but the innersleeves are rather blurry.

this pressing of this lp isnt a 1998 remaster, it's an reissue of first press!

Great sounding version. The center labels are nice and the insert with the lyrics/photos/credits is nice too. It's missing some of the artwork from the cd version like the eddie mummy but it is killer go ahead and get it if you want a good vinyl copy of this album

In my point of you is it ressiue from the right and better bank of the river. Of course except of sleeve, which looks like wrong copy.

About the pressing: sounds OK, but the came with ragged bits of vinyl on the edges of the disc, and a couple of scuffs. A bit sloppy :\

Contrary to the 2 reviewers here, after having 3 copies of this release, my experience with this 2014 reissue pressing from Parlophone EU is very disappointing!
Full of "stains" and something else that I can only explain as dirty/bad quality vinyl.
Also, in 3 I bought, 2 arrived with scratches "out of the box"!
Bad pressing quality!
I'm going for a 1st pressing of 1984.
Avoid this pressing!

Of all reissues, this is the one I'm the most satisfied with.

Amazing sounding copy, great punch and dynamics for a quality and fun listen, rather silent, instruments sounds sharp & clear through the whole album. Splendid vinyl mastering.

Visually, the sleeve is also the closest to the original press, I'd even say identical quality-wise. Not the exact same color tone obviously, but just as clear & detailed. This is the only one that doesn't look like a scan, no imperfections, dust or anything, just great.

Only complaint ? The innersleeve is far from good looking, and clearly is a scan this time. The whole lyrics-side is rather blurry, beside that, nothing wrong...

Get it.
