In an apparent mastering error, on disc 1, track 6, a fraction of a second before the very end of the track, the volume level suddenly jumps up by about 2 dB and continues at that level through the end of the CD.

If you are playing a rip of the CD in a player with ReplayGain support, you can subtract 2 dB from the track gain tag of track 7, but you will still hear the momentary boost at the end of track 6.

Amazing album from start to finish. This is a true hidden gem. Hard to find, but very much worth the trouble.

The beautiful cover art describes this music really good. Ishq takes you to the most beautiful places you can imagine with this deep, hypnotic but still very sunny album.
The sound is very typical Dakini Records. The music is spacy, but still very "earthly" with all the nature-samples etc.

If you like what Dakini Records do, then you must check out this album!

Some of the nicest ambient I've had the pleasure of hearing. eternal drift, angelic extended voice, melodic, soothing, repetitive with tracks long enough to get lost in. Excellent production, seemingly stereo defying at times. Very nice ambient, best on headphones.
