Can't say I'd agree with the previous comment. If the mixing may not be first rate (again, not that I'd noticed) but the tracks are awesome. I've always loved this disc and bought volume two as a result which is also very good. Listen to it for the tunes and not for the mixing.

While this CD includes great track selection with such house music classics as Kevin Yost "Natural High", Sixteen Souls "Late Night Jam" and Mood II Swing "Function" that has been sampled countless number of times, listening to it almost made my ears bleed. Jérôme Pacman's DJ skills are next to non-existent here. This is one of the worst mixed CDs that I've come across. Any DJ with some self-respect would be ashamed to release something like this to the public, let alone charge money for it.
