This will be a Scorpio re-issue, not a proper Polydor re-issue. I've got a copy with purple cover, but a much darker purple on the label than shown in the images here. Can't remember when I bought it, but it would be between 1999 and 2002, and the sound isn't bad at all. It's not 180gram but it definitely has the same type of matrix / cat no. inscription as my recently purchased K&TG Scorpios. Audiophiles will tell you Scorpio re-issues are often sound like they are taken from CDs rather than the original tapes or HD digital files, their quality can very greatly too. Some have been known to be dubs from vinyl and sometimes not very good dubs. Nobody can really find out much about Scorpio except that they seem to have come to life in the 60s.

Matrix on my copy - 3972 PE5601-1(A) S34066 RE3 / 3972 PE5601-1(B) S34067 RE3

Notice the number starting with S on both sides - That is one way to identify a Scorpio copy, plus there is a squiggly signature - I guess it's the cutting engineer's signature - Starts with what looks like a D and ends in an S. There may be a Q in there too, not sure if it is though.

Clean pressing on 180g vinyl. I was skeptical of the shrink-wrap sticker claim of "great enough for an audiophile" since my copy only cost $11. But they did a great job - all the analog gives it a really warm tone and the soundstage is wide open.
