Notes

A live LP capturing a 1999 show by short-lived White Stripes-precursors Jack White & the Bricks, who performed on a stage set up over lanes 11 through 14 at Detroit's Garden Bowl bowling alley. Pressed on (what else) "Bowling-Pin-White" vinyl, the record features White singing and playing guitar with his nephew and Dirtbombs member Ben Blackwell on drums, Ken Peyok from Waxwings and the See-See providing bass, and future Raconteurs collaborator Brendan Benson helping out with guitar.

Does anyone else have really bad sound on this record. Especially the second number on side A Isis had bad sound and two small jumps in the middle of the song?

My Side One opens with an advert for some sort of charity event, which is cut off abruptly and sort of overlaps 'Dead Leaves...'. I can only assume this was an advert that was on the original tape before the gig was recorded? Does anyone else have this?

Snapshot. In utero greatness finding its way. Rough, tarnished & perfect.
