It’s difficult to envisage how a track could be crafted to be as dreamy as Jaytech and James Grant’s collab ‘Moth’ is, but this really does need to be heard to be believed. It’s gorgeous! Enveloped in a dreamy haze of swirling synths, the Original Mix is a languid-paced mood setter with some delicate piano touches that make it perfect for getting any DJ set off to a good start. And over on the other side, Martin Roth’s remix might just top it for all-round lusciousness; a rework with a more positive and upbeat feel that picks up the tempo from the original a tad, it’s style and sophistication personified. This really is a wondrously elegant track, one that’s at the forefront of a new, housier Anjunadeep sound with the likes of Oliver Smith’s ‘Sunday’.
