My copy, LDVS 17145, has the German cover - and back with adverts for 6 LPs - but the US Vanguard record on the gold label VSD-79240? Did Vogue get away with NOT having to press their own vinyl and stick an US LP inside? Cover also has "Sonderserie" on the back.
