I've been pushing Joel Tammik's music for a while now, and rightly so. After two U-Cover CDr Limited releases and one album on Estonian label Ulmeplaadid, his forth album hits. Like the previous albums, "Eluline" consists of really atmospheric, dubby ambient soundscapes. Think of a combination of Pole, Vladislav Delay and Shuttle 358, and you're close to how his music sounds. Quite an abstract and aquatic sounding album. Since U-Cover CDr limited's releases are limited to only 95 copies, and Ulmeplaadid is an obscure label, I think he'll finally get the recognition he deserves with this album.
