I don't understand the purpose of this, and I question the accuracy. My understanding is that the numbered edition was the first pressing. What evidence do you have that the un-numbered edition was the first pressing? The un-numbered edition was in a normal chipboard sleeve, but the numbered one was different. It was more of a fold-out. I've owned both. Both were identical except for the outer sleeve. The numbered one featured a fold-over flap with the handwritten edition number.
