Tracks 2, 4, 5 recorded at BC Studios, Brooklyn in March 1998.

Release includes Slipcase, 5 leaf folded booklet with text, illustrations, and photography.

Due to a mistake in the printing of the booklet,
the release of the record was delayed; nevetherless, 750 copies with the defective design were shipped to Europe before the booklet was corrected.

What was the defective design and, aside from that, did the 1998 issue have an obi?

My copy has a black CD holder which covers the artwork inside.
