Obsessed with the power of the gain, Claude Lemoine recorded most of this album in Miami to give a follow-up to his son's first "album". His intentions began to be clearer for a lot of people in France, and so by making the whole recording oversea, he wouldn't be bothered by anyone.
"Potion Magique", a christmas album, was obviously marketed towards kids, so the content is very easy. Most of the songs are Eurodance oriented, and there is nothing very surprising about it, except maybe for the remix of "Love Love Dance", uncredited.
The remixers hired by Claude Lemoine, whoever they were, suceeded in ingeniosity, reconstructing the whole track in some wild Eurodance anthem. 90% of the vocals are supressed, and you don't recognize the kid so early. A lot of people who I made listened this to were amazed, and just like me, embarassed with it. Technically, I still think it's a great remix, with a complete different structure and many effective samples (the percussions of "Give It Up" by The Goodmen, some "Enigma-esque" African vocals).
To my knowledge, the track was never released as a single and so never played in any club or radio. It's another proof that remixing can make miracles.
