absolute belter of an album, listened this whole thing in one session yesterday and i must say there is not a single mediocre track on this beaut. big up to Julian - this is a proper and representative release to finish the saga of F&S productions,
must own.

Bought this after some debate and conversation about it. Its very straight forward and to the point. The entire release revolves around a punchy kick drum, which isnt a bad place to start. The tracks are timeless but not necessarily catchy. I think this is comparable to Delano Smith's "Odyssey" project on Sushitech. In the case of Delano Smith the tracks have some nice hooky elements going on where as this release only has that wow-effect going on in 1, maybe 2 of the tracks in the second half. Not hating on it but not loving it either. If you like this record I also recommend Eric Miller "Flora".

An amazing end to an amazing label. The last release on FAS by label boss Julian Perez embeds the ethos of the label by presenting us with a deep sonic journey packaged into a magnificent 11 track 2X12' LP. Perez's signature sound is plastered throughout the release from start to finish, but also expands out by expressing the artists musical progression and maturation. The name of the album "Solemnity" gives the last release on FAS a bold statement and will be a timeless piece of work in the house / techno community. Thank you FAS!
