THIS pressing is absolutely fantastic. So glad Matador did a proper job with this -- totally worth the shipping from the UK.

September 12, 2017However, based on daphnebluestrat's review I decided to grab another copy of this album. I highly recommend this pressing over any of the 6131 pressings. There definitely seems to be more quality control for this pressing.
The mix is excellent and the dynamics really standout on this pressing. There's little to none surface noise and minimal crackles and pops. My copy came a bit warped but this doesn't seem to influence the record playing. The icing on the cake is definitely the excellent 7" which has one of my favourite Julien Baker songs - Distant Solar Systems.
Highly recommended pressing. Make sure to give the disc a good clean as well as clean your stylus and use an anti-static brush before playing.
