ask yourself samples the pad from after hours - waterfalls, battle for middle you samples a mateo & matos tune(as stated below) which in turn samples mass production - people get up

I have come across multiple copies of this now that have a pressing fault, namely a tinny, grainy sounding mid to upper mid range distortion. I am also aware there are good copies so I must have been unlucky in the copies I came across as they were not good enough to buy.

House mutations : take some lush and colourful synths and pads, updated-yet-oldskool clappin 808 beat sounds and booming tom bass, rave climax dynamics, an anthemic funk voice sample. On paper, nothing so new, beats and pieces of the same ol' recipe that proved efficient on the floor in the last 20-25 years.
In reality : "Battle For Middle You", one of the anthems of 2011, not retro sounding for a second, a hybrid bass-house tune reconciliating everyone on the dancefloor : kids, girls and amused olskoolers like your servitor who was at a 'rave' last week-end (yes a real one, warehouse, darklights, smoke, quality techno and deep house, and smiling/beautiful 21 year olds all round) and experienced again what a blast this actually delivers when played. So yes, perhaps it's a little 'easy' but hey with your hands in the air you just don't care. Everyone needs this theme tune indeed.

"Battle For Middle You" samples the vocals of "Mateo & Matos - Stomp Your Feet" (1999).
